Sam Chanin is a commercial real estate executive and California broker with experience spanning leasing, property operations, acquisitions, dispositions, project execution and client strategy.
Before founding Maverick Realty Advisors, Sam held senior leadership roles with Transwestern and RREEF/Deutsche Bank. His experience includes responsibility for more than 20 million square feet of commercial real estate across Southern California and leadership of multidisciplinary teams serving institutional and private clients.
